My name is Chanel and I support children, youth adults through online (and soon to be in-person) counselling. Some young people who have sought my services come looking for support for feelings of anxiety and depression, might be struggling with big feelings or difficulties at school. I work with parents and families to help better understand what their young person is going through, to enhance their ability to respond effectively.

Adults may come to see me for parenting support, family of origin work, anxiety, grief and loss or a general feeling of ‘stuckness.’

Clients I have seen have reported my style to be warm and non-judgmental. I hope to make clients feel heard and strive to be effective and helpful.
